Truth,

I don't have any problem with your exposing frauds. In fact, I admire and will short frauds. (Tell me about them first lol). What many object to is bombarding boards with stuff that is not relevant to the current situation. It's probably a violation of TOU.

THere is no question that this company had its share of hype and management taking an inordinate amount out for their packages. Dilution and stock option shenanigans are unforgivable IMO. Yet, they don't seem to be any worse here than most of the companies that ran the great wave up and down. In fact, they look like pikers when you see what happened with such stalwarts as NT's Roth (100 millions paid for losing 90% value for shareholders.) Even EMC looks pretty nasty when you compare what management got to how shareholders have fared.

I'm not condoning what happened to small shareholders and, again, commend those who point out these things.

What I'm saying is that going forward, all eyes are on this stock. I don't think it's a fraud or a scam. There are too many big names involved. It is extremely speculative and one will possibly lose his entire investment. Yet, if it hits and is successful, then the sky is the limit. It's a good holding for that part of one's portfolio that one is prepared to lose, i.e., not the mortgage money.

Quite frankly, I have been surprised that XYBR has been able to actually (1)improve their financials, (2)enhance their technological standing and (3)add to the names with which they partner. Sure the Newmans know how to hype and get people involved. This has worked to the company's advantage. This one is still standing and has a better shot at a 10 bagger than it did 3 years ago when it was a 30 bagger for many of us who were in early.

As for yourself, selling information and bashing is fine so long as it is disclosed that you are getting paid and so long as it is "truthful" and not intended to manipulate. Selective leaking of information to news sources who are misled into thinking that what looks like news is really a re-packaged tidbit intended to manipulate can cause some problems for those who promote this, whether it's bashing or hyping. Be careful in how you handle these issues.

I agree that analysts on Wall Street do this and are paid handsomely. As we've seen with SBlogett and SMeeker, (names altered to protect the guilty) they are starting to get theirs. Getting paid to hype a stock and then selling out to their minions is inexcusable, whether it's a financial house or a guru. Chinese walls, glass walls and all the other garbage is just that, garbage.

One final disclosure - I know nutthing, nutthing Colonel Hogan. All the above is my own opinion, largely irrelevant to XYBR and probably 100% wrong.

We resume with our normal programming.
