Dave, thank-you for posting your observations. SI provides a wonderful forum for disemination of information, like your trip report. I wish I had the time to make the trip to become more knowledgeable of this company which is a significant part of my current portfolio.

I'll bet others absolutely cringed when they read " I came away with mixed feelings" at the outset of your report. But after reading down a few more paragraphs it became clear why. Up to date info on GOE's progress manufacturing the next green machine was much appreciated. And I hope the problem of insufficient storage tanks is really the result of unexpected process efficiency <g>.

I too have sensed that the overall timing of events may have slowed down somewhat and your on-the-scene observations confirmed the feeling. Having a protected manufacturing floor certainly will help.

Also, having worked for a company for over 15 years where the CEO is really the prime mover, I can appreciate your apprehensions in this regard. When things get rolling, Bill will hopefully bring someone along to be second in command who will possess the skills necessary to set in as needed. It just takes time so the risk is transitory and shortlived.

I agree GOE is quite dependent on it's customers to do all the upfront prep work to receive the machine. This of course is offset by requiring progress payments prior to unit delivery.

Dave, thanks again for your report.

John
