Much improved. My one concern is that the levels are re-adjusted every quarter. Had I been writing the rules, I'd have added a provision that should a circuit breaker trip, it would mandate an automatic recalculation for all 3 breakers. In a true market meltdown, if breakers do any good (who knows?), that would seem to be a requirement. After all, a 30% drop from 9000 is 6300. Imagine sitting at 6300, and still needing a 900 point plunge just to trigger the 1 hour halt.

Still, this is a big improvement over the previous values (finally! based on percentages). Perhaps now we'll never see any of these triggered, which would be fine with me.
