1. The defendant is a Pro-Se defendant in the above listed case.

2. The defendant is currently indigent as stated in the Affidavit of Rufus Harris in support of this Motion and hereby request the funds to obtain certified copies of the full transcript from the trial to be used to aid the defendant in the preparation of its[sic] sentencing and an appeal.

3. The defendant believes that the trial testimony would exculpate itself because it reduces the amount of harm for sentencing and assist an appeal.

4. To deprive the defendant of the written trial testimony would cause defendant hardship and make the sentencing process lengthier because the defendant would have to call multiple witnesses to the stand.

5. The defendant is requesting that the funds for the certified be paid from the CJA.
