SGI will not be taken over IMO. SGI will split itself into three organizations: MIPS, Alias\|Wavefront/Cosmos/Paragragh, and Hardware/OS software. When this happens, by the end of this year, then shareholder value will be finally be realized. Just my 2 centavos...
