Yes, it could be that Bush's efforts have made a difference.

Or, it could be that things just aren't as bad as everyone thinks, if only Obama would QUIT TALKING DOWN THE ECONOMY in an effort to get the USA SOCIALIZATION BILL through Congress.

You should learn to read the entire contents of an article. Had you done so, you would have seen that the housing experts see this fall back in foreclosures as temporary based on what they see coming in the pipeline.

This recession is serious......probably the worst one since WW II.
