Little mistakes? Like a threat of nuclear war?

The SOTU should be pristine. If there is doubt (and there obviously was a LOT of doubt on the nuclear question, as per the CIA), it should have been left out. The fact that it wasn't reflects on how fast and loose SOMEONE in the administration is playing with the truth. We need that SOMEONE out of there. Is it Cheney, or someone else?
