I don't mean it in the sense you're taking it.

I'm just saying that his actions to date have weakened the United States while encouraging terrorist strikes against us.

Is he doing this on purpose or just out of ignorance? I'm not sure. But it is foolish for any American president to pull back on anti-terrorism measures, and that's precisely what he's done in the last few weeks.
