Thanks for your field report! I'd like a little clarification on the following statement if you do not mind:

Second the progress on GRNO II was a diaspointment. They have made progress, but not nearly what I had expected. I think they'll be lucky to get it delivered within the second quarter, much less late May.

On what information did you base this statement. My understanding is that the individual unit components will be shipped from various manufacturers directly to the end user. Perhaps you saw a production or project schedule? What is the exact cause of the delay mentioned?
