Its obvious that you are angry with the company and you don't understand the Chapter 11 process either and that’s fine.

Do you own shares in the company?

They have not gone bankrupt...they filed for protection under the bankruptcy laws, Chapter 11 which in simple terms allows them to put a plan in place to avoid full bankruptcy. They are protected from their creditors coming in and taking over the company and its assets.

They are under the protection of the courts and now they can address and renegotiate the issues that put them in their current position.

They now have the cash and liquidity to continue business and within their plan of reorganization they have stated they will be out of Chapter 11 possibly by the end of the year.

Nasdaq delisted the company because it did not meet the requirements for that exchange and in doing so the stock now trades on the OTCBB pink sheet exchange. No big deal. And they have stated they will be applying back to a higher exchange when the situation permits. I would say that may be the OTC to begin with and then either AMEX or even back to Nasdaq once the requirements are back in place.

As far as trusting the company...well everything they do now is under the eyes of the bankruptcy court and they still file audited financials and they still put out Press Releases stating what they are doing...so what’s not to trust?

And lastly I would suggest you learn what the process's are and what’s involved in Chapter 11 bankruptcy's and what the difference is between that and Chapter 7 since there are hundreds of company's that are falling off the NYSE, AMEX and Nasdaq exchange every week. Do a little Due Diligence and see what value is there...you just might uncover some real GEMS in that process and you might make bank as well. Because we are talking about real companies with real assets dealing with an economic situation that will eventually turn itself around.....we hope.

So Good luck captainfreedom...GOOD LUCK
