Yes, maybe you just don't understand the difference between an RTOS and an API. I appreciate Allen's scholarly response. The bottom line is : they are like apples and oranges. Perhaps if MS goes head-to-head with WRS, they could cause damage by penalizing Windows API users if they use Tornado. The chances of this are somewhat slim I believe. (Word Perfect created a version of their software for Windows 95 because Windows is the premier OS, not because of the competition with MS Word.)
I have an alternate theory about your posts. Perhaps you have a big short interst in WIND that you bought a long time ago and you are getting SLAUGHTERED. This points up one of the dangers of these kinds of forums, that people can use them for other purposes than information...that is to effect the investment decisions of others and profit from the way their posts affect the market.Although I give you the benefit of the doubt, I believe that the spirit of your messages are not far from this. Either that or you are speaking loudly about things you understand but a little by using information that you do not fully understand. In politics they call this demagoguery. Sorry to flame you. Its not just loyalty to WIND's bull run. Certainly I would appreciate bearish information if it was well-informed. And I also do not really appreciate bullish info that is not well-informed. Good info of any kind is what this forum has always seemed to be about led by Allen's thread. I have enjoyed the informative spirit of this forum and I have noticed that your posts have resulted in a changed atmosphere.
