Ted, > The Rs got taxes on industry reduced in this budget. Yeah, like $1 billion in tax breaks compared to $14 billion in new taxes, primarily on average Californians (i.e. sales tax). That's a real stupid concession made by both parties just to get this ill-conceived "budget deal" passed. CA really can't afford to "stimulate" anything, at least not like the federal government can. And still the public employee unions have their stranglehold on the state. Cross them at your peril ... Tenchusatsu
