johnd--I found an SEC release on the subject, which I posted earlier, that seems to indicate a 90 day ban on repurchases post-closing. I haven't seen anyone mention solid cites for the other dates (other than an internally inconsistent NY Times article that mentions both June 8th and six months). Any accountants on this thread that could solve this for us??
