Check the screen, AZNT is trading , there is just no volume. I would think that the hearing today has much to do with that. From a trader's perspective, I would assume everyone would like to see the results of the hearing. As for the MM's, who have been making the market naked in AZNT, I would assume they may relent from those minimum sell orders, we have been seeing ad nauseum, until after the hearing also.
I would believe that a continuance may be possible and stall tactics are to be expected. I would expect nothing less. I don't think AZNT shareholders are looking for instant gratification. It appears, to me, it's the basher's who are quite impatient and are quck to call it a fait accompli.
Today my broker informed me , again, he cannot get my shares because of the freeze at the DTC. I informed him that I will not pay for my last 3 orders until he comes up with the stock I , long ago, purchased. He did not argue. I would suggest that all AZNT shareholders request stock in name, knowing that can't get it, to put some pressure on those short AZNT , to cover.
Regardless, like I have said before, I take this one day at a time. We will soon learn how the hearing concluded and take it from there.
