Truth-

I couldn't agree with you more. The one missing piece of the puzzle for ALYD is institutional support. A secondary offering would solve several problems which the company currently faces such as high profile analyst coverage, share price support (which will minimize volatility), as well as needed capital to facilitate the acquisition strategies the company is interested in doing.

Bob Gruder and his employees have done a fantastic job over the last few years in taking an unknown company with great technologies to the forefront of the Year 2000 and software reengineering industry.

Was his sale of stock untimely? Yes. Is it a big deal? No. Has Gruder and ALYD made mistakes? Yes. Have they learned from them? Yes.

I'm in this for the long haul.... If the company keeps landing the big projects and clients that it has over the last 9 months, this company is going to be a big time winner!

Any near term hiccups that the stock faces will be met with buying support from shareholders such as myself. I look forward to future institutional support for the company and its shareholders. FWIW, I hear that the company is being courted by some outstanding institutions.

My opinions and thanks for the feedback,

Tech Master

P.S. no blood, no foul... I guessed that you understood 144 regulations <ggg> Thanks for clarifying it for all to understand...
