TO Truth:

I agree, Gruder does have the right to sell every once in a while. It may be a stretch to compare ALYD and MSFT, but Gates sells 100,000 shares a month!! Does that mean there is something terribly wrong with MIcroSoft, I don't thin so. So Gruder takes a little money of the table, big deal. Since he does not pay himself some salary like many other CEO's, selling stock gives him the means to participate in the finer things in life. The smartest thing about the sell was, it puts shares in the hands of institutions who do not need to sell 1000 shares here and there to pay their taxes, or college tuition like "mom and Pop." It is obviously frustrating for the company to make announcements, with no movement in stock price, but the first and second quarters will be tell-tale. And they WILL grow 30% a quarter, something even Microsoft would be envious of.
