charles - re: Weren't the "assemblage of accusations" testified to under oath? No - they were just leaked to the press. There was no testimony offered to support the notion that OEMs were afraid to testify. The testimony you are referring to was about an offer to "split the market" - and that was not decided in any definitive way.
