I'm pretty sure that the SEC requires annual reports to be audited (and maybe even quarterly?), but I'm not positive. The "official" numbers will be in the 10-K's and 10-Q's, but I've never seen them vary. I'm sure there's nothing fishy going on. (If there was, they would have made it look good! <G>) Maybe someone more knowledgeable can confirm (or correct) our assumptions. - Michael Coley - i1.net
