you mean the bankrupt state of Calif. ??? you forget all the productive people will migrate to the anti welfare states and all the welfare people will move to the welfare states, making them even worse. Then what smart guy ?? When your states have 90% of the people on welfare, what will the last 10% do? leave?

You know I don't much like California. However, if that state goes down, you can kiss the US goodbye. Its that important. So you nut cases who are always trashing the state......get a clue!
