Doug, I won't rehash the details of why I have been shorting CTXS in and out for the past year, but let me just offer a couple of ideas that you can research for yourself.

1. Winframe performance stinks. Either buy or somehow get access to one and try it for yourself, no need to take anyone's word for it. A secretary would pull her (or her boss's) hair out trying to type on a system with Winframe's horrible key lag. And a mouse is of no value with lag. The lag happens when more than about three clients try to use a single server.

2. CTXS sold its code rights to MSFT. The proceeds of this sale and the royalties (total $175 million) is ALL CTXS will get. And they have no other products at the moment. They are pretending that the sale is "earnings" recognized over time so as to get a PE based on it. But the MSFT deal was an extraordinary one time event and should be counted as a cash asset in total, not as income. PE should be based on other income and that is a declining stream.
