Stockholders of GM, just now received notification from the bankruptcy court.

First the notification of restriction of transfer of debtor estate.

Then the sale of substantially all the debtor assets to MPA, of the treasury of the USA. But MPA will issue 10% of its stock to GM the debtor. And warrants to purchase more(15%) stock of MPA. This if holds up will give present stockholders some value if bond holders and unions did not take over all assets of GM the debtor?

Since MPA will own the union contracts, that will be settled by MPA.

The bond holder will receive the 10% stock of MPA given to GM. Then the stockholders will pay for 15% of the warrants of the MPA.

This analysis may be inconclusive as bankruptcy chapter 11 deepens, if production of new GM cars are not profitable outsourcing to MPA.
