JPR, excellent points you make.I think I agree with the spirit of your arguments.Perhaps a seat in the Security Council will get the signature from India for both CTBT and NPT??? May be this is all a chess game or poker even.Any way this is all fascinating to say the least,I ,for one, most certainly will be watching with interest.
