Not me. Who the heck wants to live in a country where every action is monitored? I'd rather live free in the sewers and eat ratburgers. Don't think it can't be done, however. They would see my car, then check their GPS to see if I am the car they are supposed ot pull over and I will not be there, therefore they will be presented with a puzzle.
