RE: A PE of 25 is not too much for a company that has grown 30% compounded and is starting the second year of a major recovery Cary, You are talking about a forward looking PE of 25. I am much more comfortable with a trailing PE of 25 and a forward one of 15 to 20. Anyway my idea is not to set too optimistic projections so that my investments have a good chance to exceed my expectations. Ricardo
