Brent,

1) Flat unit sales Q4 to Q1?

I've projected a growth in OEM sales and a decline in retail sales. This is consistent with what we saw last year. The ad campaign might help to offset that, but I'm making my estimates conservative. Also (although this has nothing to do with Zip unit sales), Q1 will likely see little or no impact from Jaz2 and Buz.

2) Declining manufacturing costs and no Zip price decreases?

Yes, I've factored in manufacturing costs dropping over time. In the conference call, I'm pretty sure I remember KE saying that he would consider price decreases later in the year. He said that they would serve no useful purpose _right now_.
