Brent: there are at least a couple of ways to look at 1st Q zip sales. Iomegas business is still a seasonal business, with the 4th quarter being the strongest. 1st Q 97 saw about 1.2 million zips sold. A 100% increase for 1st Q 98 would result in about 2.4 million zips. As Michael points out in his projections - 4th Q 96 was also about 1.2 million in sales so there is also a case to be made that sales can remain at the strong 4th quarter levels for 1st quarter 97 and reach 3 million. In my opinion, we will be having a very good quarter if we can reach 3 million and KE is announcing 15 million at the next conference call. I'm expecting a little less. Dwight Griffin
