Pretty good summary, I think. I read enough of the details to conclude, for myself, that the deal is a win-win deal. And thus good for Amati and us. Looks like a good way for Amati to pick up some bucks to use for development, etc. Why would anyone receiving such a deal dump stock on the market? If they are very smart -- and I bet they are -- then they may hold for a much better price months in the future. If the price is going to 90 in the next year, why sell now. John
