Dear Zeev: Closed at 3706. You know, I just dont think we are going to test those lows. Cant point to any fancy charts like you can, but it just doesnt FEEL to me like any panic or anything out there to drive it down. I thought the market was very orderly today, myself. Earnings came through pretty good so far, second half of the year is getting lots of positive comments from reporting companies, AG is very unlikely to raise rates more than 1/4 point, money supply flush, economy good. Just dont see the problem outside of some possible overvaluation in the market but I think a lot of that has already been wrung out in the really speculative issues. JDN
