It is the good sense of a man who obviously believes he has a fiduciary responsibility as the governor of a state. He had previously stated that accepting the unemployment handout had strings attached that make it undesirable. The man obviously doesn't want to commit his state to funding benefits it doesn't have the money for.

Bravo. He deserves the nation's absolute respect for this action. There are few politicians in America that have this kind of integrity.

Yup, its easy to have this kind of 'integrity' when your belly is full. However, there are many people in his state who are not quite as full. I wonder how they feel about their governor's 'integrity'.
