This is big!!! I had suspected that JDSU would want to gobble up the biggest remaining independent "passive" component manufacturer before others got their hands on it but i did not think it would happen so fast.
Kevin Kalkhoven is some visionary. He is building an awesome machine.

Good news for JDSU/ETEK shareholders.
