Kevin - Welcome aboard! We'd all be interested in any comments you have about the presentation in NY. Regarding the Swiss short position, you'll have to read the notes posted in the last couple of weeks, however, I'm not so sure how "clear thinking" they are. We were told that a private placement of JMAR "Units" (a combination of shares and warrants) was made several weeks ago, and that the entire placement was bought by a group of Swiss investors who had been previous investors in the company. Shortly after that, 750,000 shares of JMAR were shorted. We put two and two together and came up with the conclusion that it was the Swiss shorting "against the box". Then someone here posted that Dr. Martinez confirmed that the Swiss had indeed shorted the stock. That is what has prompted our discussion here. You can read about the Units at: jmar.com Betty
