can you tell me why none of the video programs like realplay don't work on my laptop? I have a new Winbook with up to date stuff in it. also, why do they cost money even though they are listed as Free? I tried loading the video player that National Geographic has and it doesn't work either. The one for MSN news stories is jerky and cuts out all the time. Do I need more fancy stuff?
