Red Hat is a popular server Linux. IMO, Caldera is another one to look at. The best Linux though probably isn't Linux at all, but FreeBSD. That's what Yahoo runs. It's more robust (and secure by default). --- There are lots of other factors though, like what you're going to be doing with the server besides Apache, Bind and Sendmail. -JCJ
