I think the fed raised rates due to what was a phantom inflation worry which never materialize. This reduction is in reaction to real slowing as evidenced by the data. Rate reductions when GDP is slowing this quickly I dont' believe will create any inflation issues. I do think however (like with the rate increases) it will take at least 6 months before these rates moves have any material effect.

Real estate - overvalued.... perhaps. I think it's a supply and demand equation when it comes to real estate that has less to do with interest rates. Rates effect more what kind of home you buy - not whether you buy a home.
