Has anyone encountered this problem?

User is running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. Outlook is functioning as a client for an Exchange server. The user was dragging folders around and somehow the inbox was renamed to the name of one of his subfolders. He tried using a different PC and the inbox still has the name of the subfolder so its no a problem in Outlook but rather with his account. When the user tries to rename the folder that is functioning as his inbox to "Inbox" Outlook locks up.
