PRC- You failed to include a Yahoo explanation that the 5M shares were registered as a "worst case" and if Valence meets the milestones as expected, the dilution for the next $7.5 mln will not exceed 1 mln shares. I remember Castle Creek's due diligence, decision to lend and the terms were considered quite postive.

BTW, do you suppose Valence is having analysts over to gather evidence that the production machinery doesn't work? Would they make the trip to see it with their own eyes so they can recommend that clients short the stock? It must be what Lev had in mind.
