Zeev, I'm surprised at your optimism. It would appear that TRKN is in violation of at least one of its covenants with respect to at least one bank loan. Withholding a bond interest payment, will put them in default with the bondholders. Depending upon the specific terms for that bond, they may have further penalties after x days. The situation seems very serious to me. So my question is, "Why would any prospective customer buy a complex and unproven (in a full production sense)tool if the company may not be there to support it 6 months from now?" I had liked PMAT's technology story, but never did open a position. Still, I would like to see TRKN successful. Will they find customers or do they have to sell the company first? Regards, Ian.
