Under Carter, we had so many things he did nothing about. Oil Embargo....No new refineries....NO new drilling....NO new energy sources....NO proposals for any of those either..... Remember the huge gas lines when Carter was President? BEFORE he was President, gas in Seattle was 33-34 CENTS a gallon...with an occasional gas war of 29 CENTS a gallon... Carter just had interest rates at unheard of heights....over 21 percent!!!!
