You'll have to ask Gary about this. Sean says the MS update crashes a lot, but it works fine for me. As Sean said, you can automatically update the directories by going to "Define automatically updated directories."

Or you could create Virtual directories, which are automatically updated. You'd avoid the "illegal operations," too.

You can create Virtual directories through your scans or by opening QP Virtual Setup and dragging and dropping your present directories from the right to the left window.
