I am a consumer would you mind telling me how Microsoft has hurt me? I know lots more consumers who are waiting for the same answer! And while your at it would let me know as a consumer if you were ever hurt by MSFT did you complain to any government official about it? and if so what was the outcome? If you never did then why are you now complaining? Did you just realize your pain after government let you know about it? TTOSBT
