all of the semi equips, are valued as is they are 2/3 of the way to the top of the cycle. Even if the economy rebounds, these stocks don't have a lot of upside.

AMAT, NVLS, and KLAC fit this description, but the rest of this group are sucking wind.Being a short term trader I'm more concerned with what is likely to happen over the next few months. The Buy and Hold posters look at those five year charts and sleep soundly, while I look at a 30 to 50 day chart and tell myself that whatever trend I think I see, will probably continue until it ends.

I would say, let the market determine what the upside potential is. At this point, perception (of business conditions), supply and demand are more important than concern about what part of the cycle we are in.
