to all excel users: i am an inexperienced excel user. i am doing incremental downloads from a site that provides data in csv format. i have saved the data in xls format. one field contains email addresses. someone explained to me how to turn a black, unclickable email address into a blue, clickable one. as i am downloading a lot of data, is there a way to globally, within the email field, turn them all blue and clickable in one operation, or do i have to turn them blue and clickable one at a time? thanks. sales
