I feel sure someone that really knows what they're doing has a much easier way but here's the way I just found. With the unclickable address in cell "A1" enter this formula in cell "B1".

=HYPERLINK("mailto:" & A1,A1)

Now copy the formula in "B1" and paste in all the way down column "B". This won't make them blue but it will hyperlink them. If you need it blue to tell you it's clickable just format the data in column "B" blue.
