In reading L. Gerstner's statement to shareholders in the annual report (nothing new to Wind shareholders) here is an exerpt

"the basic components of computing - processors, memory, storage, networking - are becoming so small, powerfun and inexpensive that soon combuting will be embedded in all kinds of everyday things that don't look at all like computing devices; cars, roads, machine tools, vending machines, houses"
