Question to the thread,

Win 2000 Pro, suddenly my Add/Remove function in Control Panel
doesn't open, just flashes on for a second and disappears.
Can't remove installed programs nor I want try to install
any new programs if I can't remove.
Anyone have had this problem? Any solutions?
