Dick,

Do you know which panel or sub-panel is sitting on the approval. If one knew which panel, one could watch for their meetings and check the 1-800 number for the agenda. One may be able to anticipate the approval 24 to 48 hours before the annoucement and be able to shift some extra money into the stock just before the annoucement.

What do you think? Could it work?
