Just to add on to your comment technology revolution is still in its infancy here in S. Cal (as I posted today on the usrx thread) mid to high priced homes by some builders are now offering upgrades in wiring to support fast internet response. Pretty impressive is the fact that 95% of the customers opt to pay the extra $100 to get the upgraded wiring. When people put their money where their mouth is, the item is important to them.
