FYI... ALANTRA VENTURE CORP ("AVB-V;ALVCF-L") - Director and Employee Options John B. McCleery, President of Alantra Venture Corp. wish to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, directors and employee's of the company have been granted options to purchase up to 430,000 common shares exercisable at a price of $0.71 per share for a period of two years.
