To date, the Company has focused the majority of its marketing efforts on developing relationships, and expanding existing relationships, with large corporations and law firms which the Company believes are some of the largest consumers of arbitration and mediation services. The Company opened for business in March 1992 in New York and currently has hearing officers and conference facilities available nationwide. seems like they are already making money, have been for awhile, and with contracts with Kemper Insurance, Toys R Us, and others to come, will continue to do so and thankfully, to an increasing degree seems like a great opportunity
