Lightspan Achieve Now software can run either on a PlayStation® game console attached to a standard television set or a PC, allowing learning to move from the classroom to the home -- so both educators and families can play key roles in students' progress. Research involving more than 26,000 students in over 700 schools documents achievement gains in Reading, Language Arts, and Mathematics, for students using Lightspan materials.
Lightspan Achieve Now will be implemented in 22 elementary schools in the Camden school district. Lightspan and the school district will also employ a strong home deployment program, extending learning opportunities for students and families.
